RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully

The Outlet offers selected pieces from previous collections at exceptionally reduced prices. These prices reflect our intention to make these remaining garments available to our Outlet community at the lowest possible price.

For this reason, all Outlet purchases are considered final sale for change-of-mind purposes.

Before completing your purchase, we strongly encourage you to carefully review the product description, photographs, available sizing information and measurements to ensure that the garment is right for you.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit where you have simply changed your mind after purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• selecting the wrong size;
• deciding that the colour or print is not suitable;
• deciding that the style is not suitable;
• finding that the garment does not fit as expected when the size ordered was correct;
• deciding that you no longer want the item;
• finding the item at a lower price elsewhere; or
• purchasing an item and subsequently changing your mind.

Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to reverse the sale or accept a change-of-mind return.

Unlabelled Archive Pieces

Some Outlet garments may have their original branded garment label removed. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description before purchase.

The removal of the branded label is part of the reason the garment is offered at its price. Purchasing such an item confirms that you have read and accepted this condition.

The absence of a branded label does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to any other issue with the garment.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

Our Final Sale policy does not exclude, restrict or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an Archive garment has a problem that constitutes a failure to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, including where the garment is faulty, significantly* different from its description or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

The remedy available will depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem.

Because Outlet garments are offered at exceptionally reduced prices, please take a moment to check your size, measurements, product description and photographs before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• you have reviewed the information provided for the garment;
• you understand that Outlet purchases are final sale for change-of-mind purposes;
• you understand that we do not provide change-of-mind refunds, exchanges or store credit; and
• your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
